Can I change or delete my order?
Please call us on +44(0) 1202 303 777 (option 1) with your order number. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will be able to add, change or cancel your order.
How quick will you process my order?
We aim to process & ship orders placed before 2pm from Monday to Friday the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on the weekend, will be dispatched the next working day.

Can I have next day delivery?
Next day delivery is available to Mainland UK for a surcharge. If you require this option, please contact us on + 44 (0) 1202 303 777 (option 1) prior to ordering.
What payment options do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, which can be used with a paypal account or with a major credit & debit card. We do not store your card details on our system.
How can I return an item?
We are happy to refund or exchange UNUSED products returned within 14 days, commencing on the date after the delivery of the products. Any goods returned to us must be unused, in their original packaging, in good condition and with all tags attached, please pack them appropriately.
Faulty items must be returned within the warranty period and the fault must be due to a manufacturer’s defect and not customer misuse (please view our Terms & Conditions for further information).
Please include your contact & order details so that we can process your refund/exchange.
All return postage expenses will be borne by the buyer unless the item is faulty, in which case we will exchange or refund at our expense.
Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
How long will it take to deliver a replacement item?
Exchanges will be shipped out within 72 hours of receipt at our warehouse. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. If we cannot offer an exchange, due to unavailability, we will issue a refund.
What if my item is faulty or is missing parts?
